Clean and quiet hotel with reasonable price. Located at a convenient place while avoiding the extreme cost of staying at the center of London.
The breakfast was poor.

Spacious room designed for families, with three beds set up for comfort. The microwave and electric kettle provide handy facilities for those wanting to make their own meals or drinks.
Breakfast options offer minimal variety, just boiled eggs and bread for an entire week without any rotation. The chair at the desk is unstable, and the microwave shows clear signs of damage, remaining unrepaired even after reporting. The layout of the family room feels cramped, as the sofa bed takes up much of the available space, leaving little room for relaxation.

The room was larger than expected and very clean. The staff was very helpful and always available.
The breakfast could have had a wider selection but at least it was served until quite late.

Good value, room was budget, staff were thoughtful. Hotel's breakfast was generous and satisfactory with bread butter and could satisfy any taste. Its location was stunning, in the Prudential RideLondon 100 mile sportive event,...

The room was perfectly clean, the shower worked well and the bed was great. I didn't hear any noise from the neighbouring room.
I really didn't like the odd breakfast arragements whereby you have to go into the staff backroom area to serve yourself coffee and cereals. It the same room where staff wash dishes, clothes and so on. I was told to help myself but there was stuff everywhere and I didn't know where to look! The cost also seemed high, although I accepted it because went on a busy weekend when most hotels I had tried were already fully booked.

The room was spacious for our family of four with great amenities like a kettle and microwave. Plus, it was a nice stroll to local parks for some family fun.

Hotel staff were friendly and understanding in providing for extra needs [E.G. early check in]. Rooms were clean.
Location is quite far from London Central, and requires changes of train from the Underground to the National Rail, which can rack up the cost.

Nothing really Transport was convenient that's all.
Staff not welcoming No smile .not friendly at all. Clock on the wall did not work. Electric clock radio went off every time I went out Asked to put batteries in , I was promised but never happened.Breakfast menu is a joke different foods were not available on different days Asked at the reception for a copy of local map"Sorry we don't have it"In the information book says the opposite. No safe in the room opposite what it says in the book again .Looks like a "try hard's HOTEL"Cooking smell from the kitchen wakes you up early in the morning ,disgusting. Safety at risk in case of fire starting down stairs , upstairs guests don't stand a chance to escape.CCTV In the dining area , you are being watched what you eat ,how you eat.Only found out on last day. What it is trying to represent on the website simply is not there never again.

The room was clean, had everything you would expect
Unhelpful and rude staff, the so called daytime manager was the worst I have come across, a serious attitide problem. Also, you have to pay £20 cash deposit for a remote control....Breakfast service ends too early.

Reception staff was friendly and fast to respond when the remote control in my room was missing. Also the beds have a top sheet as well as a duvet - all hotels in uk need to do this! Duvets are often too hot and this...
