The chair at the desk is unstable, and the microwave shows clear signs of damage, remaining unrepaired even after reporting. The layout of the family room feels cramped, as the sofa bed takes up much of the available space, leaving little room for relaxation.

Cozy spot near the action!
Had a pretty decent stay for 5 nights. Our room was spacious and comfy, which is what we needed after long days. The breakfast was a nice buffet, and the staff were super friendly. Just wish the shower worked better as it was mostly cold. Cleanliness could be improved too, saw some issues around the place.

I stayed for 5 nights in a quadruple room, and I really enjoyed the great variety at breakfast which consistently included fresh pastries and fruits. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs, making our stay feel personalized and comfortable. the bathroom shower pressure was quite low, which could definitely use some improvement.
